Q2: Can you accept small quantity orders?

A: Yes, we accept small quantity sample orders for testing.Customers should pay for samples and freight. However we will return back the costs of sample once large quantity orders are set.

Q3: Do you accept ODM & OEM?

A:Yes, OEM and ODM are highly welcome. We also can customize the products according to customers'

detailed requirements.

Q4: How long is the warranty?

A: We promise our products with 2 years warranty.

Q5: Tech and design support?

 A:We have our own designer team, every year they will design hundred of new product.  The large group of tech and service team will meet you every day. And we will  also develop the new products upon your potential orders.

Q6:  How long do I need to wait before my goods arrive?

A: 5-7 days for air transportation, 3-8 days for international express. 20-40 days for sea transportation.
